The CdA Verneda Sant Martí and all the projects and activities that derive from it guarantee spaces free of gender violence and harassment. Thanks to and together with the Heura Women's Association, they have created an Action Protocol and a specific commission that works to avoid these situations.

What do I do if I suffer harassment or a case of gender-based violence at CdAEscola?

There are different ways to report the case:

All cases that are presented (either in person, by phone or by email) will always be treated confidentially.

Commission for the prevention of gender violence:

From an educational perspective, with respect for human rights and following the guidelines of the IV World Conference on Women (Beijing 1995), we work to prevent harassment and gender violence at school. As in many universities and educational centres at an international level, there is a specific commission that will analyse the cases that are known in the institution and that have not been solved through dialogue.

This commission, made up of participants, collaborators and day-to-day people of different cultures and ages, asks for information from the parties and proposes a solution to the conflict, always taking a position in favour of the victims. As a general rule, no person who is not committed to changing sexist behaviour is allowed to remain in the organisation.

It is necessary that everyone in the organisation is aware of the existence of this commission and its educational orientations.
